Thanks Jo !

Greetings Jean-Luc:
I enjoyed comparing our two lists. Interestingly enough, I actually considered « BERLIN ’85 » and « TANNENBERG » for my own collection of titles, but decided (obviously) in favor of a couple of other games, instead.
Thanks Again for your interest in my musings and
Best Regards, JCBIII

Greetings Again Jean-Luc:
Thank you, as always, for your kind words; and, although I don’t visit every day, I actually do check in at your and other European gaming sites periodically, just to see what is happening « across the pond. »
Regarding your list: I was particularly intrigued by your choice of ‘6th FLEET’ as one of your picks. For my own part, I found this game very interesting but also, I confess, very frustrating. It seemed that no matter what I did, I could not come up with a truly well-balanced configuration for my NATO task forces. Nothing that I tried ever seemed to work as well as I would have liked; it may be, of course, that I am simply not smart enough to play this game!
Best Regards, Joe
@Jo
I loved 6th Fleet as it was one really innovative game about modern air-naval war. I had to wait after Victory Games and its Fleet & Strike series to forget it !
best regards
